closing up summer

one more day and i'll be officially closing up summer around here

SUMMER

lots of overnights with dylan and even taylor had a sleepover with us once

a trip to mobile to see Janet in may

10 great days in illinois to see kelly and the kids

fun gno get togethers

st. louis zoo

american girl

epcot, magic kingdom, animal kingdom and MGM studios

lots and lots of walking, biking and pool

losing 59 lbs

relaxing time with Mike

even though i've had a wonderful time i'm ready to wrap it up

because..........

my most favorite time of year is beginning

FALL

i know it doesn't officially begin until Sept 21st, but for my family

it begins September 1st 

i have so many fun things planned

family birthdays

(mike, dylan, taylor and carrie)

not to mention more extended family also

epcot, magic kingdom, animal kingdom and MGM

savannah with janet (mike and mack also)

family reunion in virginia

halloween

giving a wedding shower

our 20th anniversary

decorating 

 baking fall treats

gno crafting party

sister get togethers 

football games to watch taylor cheer

holiday shopping

the list goes on and on

and yes, i did break tradition and actually put up my fall wreaths today

i just couldn't wait
